The gathering place for the pick-up service:Gate 1

  • Once you collect your luggage at the airport, please proceed to gate 1 where you will be able to meet the driver。
  • Please have your ticket, either printed copy or screenshot on your mobile phone, ready to be checked before we depart
  • If you are unable to locate the driver upon arrival at gate 1, then please contact customer service。

Meeting point: the main entrance of your hotel or B&B

  • If you would like for the driver to meet you in a different location than your hotel or B&B, then please inform us in advance。

From Gimhae Airport to Busan

  • Region A (Seomyeon/Nampo/Busan Station) : 30-40 minutes。
  • Region B (Haeundae/Gwangan) : 50-60 minutes
  • Please be aware that The aforementioned travel times could exceed the proposed amount in cases of traffic congestion 。

limits on the mount of baggage

  • Limited to 7 bags (27 inches)
  • If your luggage is larger then 28 inches, please inform us of this in advance , so we may be able to provide a suitable car model for your needs。
  • If you are carrying a large quantity of additional baggage (i.e. backpack, handbag etc.) you may be required to keep these on your lap while you are riding in the car。

Available Booking Time 05:30 - 22:00

  • There is a limit on time for pick up service from 5:30 am to 22:00pm 。
  • If you require pick-up services outside of business hours, then please contact customer service, so we may be able to organize this service for you. However, there will be an additional charge of 20,000 won。

Included / Not Included

  • Included:vehicle,driver(English-speaking service only),vehicle insurance,tolls,parking fees
  • Not Included:Private travel insurance

Additional Information

  • If your flight get delayed, please inform us through the customer service。
  • If there is a delay at the immigration office, then the driver is able to wait for than 30 minutes, but please contact the customer service, so we may be able to inform the driver of this change 。
  • If you plan to pick up or purchase SIM card or WIFI plan, then please inform the drive of this first, as this could take more than 30 minutes to complete。

Terms & Conditions

  • If you need to change or cancel the reservation, please let us know at least 7 days in advance in order to receive a full refund。
  • If your flight gets cancelled due to inclement weather (i.e. typhoon, hurricane, fog, etc.), please inform us as soon as possible, so we may be able to reschedule your pick-up time
